I invite you to tune your awareness with curiosity to three different layers of awareness, all in the present moment. The outside world, your physical boundary, and your inner world. I often use this meditation to help my clients gently transition from the hustle of normative, disembodied living into an embodied, closer relationship with their inner experience. Best experienced without headphones.

Four Gates
I invite you to experience the four most easily accessed areas of embodied awareness that can bring us out of fixing, planning, and scheming into a regulated place of calm and presence. This meditation can be helpful for focusing and soothing fast-moving and anxious thoughts. By bringing awareness to our mobilizing body parts, hands and feet, it can also be helpful for people who feel shut down or in a state of freeze.

I invite you to strengthen the neural connections throughout your brain by bringing a pendulating awareness from finer details to whole systems in your body. This meditation can be helpful for broadening perspective and feeling more energized and open.
