Wednesdays from 7:00pm-8:45pm (doors lock at 7:45pm)

$15-$25 or pay what you can / barter

Dec 24th: Music for Togetherness w/ JoJo Phoenix 10:30am-12:30pm

Jan 3rd: Contact Improvisation Jam 10:30am-12:30pm at Lower Rattlesnake Studio (contact me if you have never been)

Jan 9th: Grind Swell: a very different kind of Ground Swell 7pm-9pm

Jan 14th, 21st, and 28th: TBD 7pm-8:45pm

Ground Swell is a reoccurring event for people interested in dance as a(n):

way to have fun!
experience of metabolizing stress
space to express oneself timidly, boldly, sensually, playfully
practice for co-regulating with others non-verbally

We limit some behaviors in effort to create an experience that can help us express ourselves more fully and safely:

We are soberly wild (no alchohol)
We refrain from chatting while dancing
We leave our phones out of the space
We make friends, but aren’t there to cruise for a hook-up
