Dance is your birthright.
Be you awkward or bold, you are dancer, dear.
Come metabolize your tensions and worries.
Free your self-expression. Free your body’s wisdom.
We limit some behaviors in effort to create an experience that can help us express ourselves more fully and safely:
We are not intoxicated with substances
We refrain from chatting while dancing
We leave our phones out of the space
We make friends, but aren’t there to cruise for a hook-up
“Ground Swell has been a space of opening for me. I have discovered parts of myself that were once hidden and hungry, but now feel so alive in me.” — Sose
