Trauma-Informed Embodiment Facilitation Training - Missoula

Do you want to hold space more skillfully for people with chronic stress, anxiety, depression, and unresolved trauma?

This offering is for people who want more agency in there own healing and those who work with others in a social, relational, and/or body-based capacity: including but not limited to social workers, teachers, therapists, yoga and movement teachers.

This workshop includes:

  • Embodied approach to understanding Autonomic Nervous System triggered states / Polyvagal Theory

  • Practice facilitating

  • Inclusive space holding strategies

  • Ways to incorporate playfulness into our work and why it’s essential

You will leave with more awareness and agency for working with your own hurt and healing as well as being able to more skillfully support your clients, students, and/or patients in their healing.

Sliding Scale: early bird $100-$150 ends Feb 1, $130-180 starting Feb 2

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund minus until Feb 1, 50 percent refund Feb 2 to Feb 23 or transfer to future date (trainings happen twice per year in Missoula, twice online, and twice in Bozeman). No refunds Starting Feb 24
