The world is changing more rapidly for every being on Earth than ever in history.

If you can get stuck in shame and shutdown, worry and anxiety, or are in any way unsettled with the state of the world and the great unknown future, this month’s dance is for you.

You’ll be invited to move and metabolize any parts of you that are stuck in these feelings, making space for creativity, mental and spiritual rest, and renewal!

Be bold, be awkward. Dance with awe, anger, joy, grief.

The music is thoughtfully curated to take you through a cathartic experience.

This is an alcohol-free community dance experience facilitated by JoJo Phoenix and friends.
