A Delicoius Combination:
Live Improvisational Music and Improvisational Movement
All are welcome. Including children who can participate
Play. Expression. Touch. Consent. Community
What I think you will find from this experience:
Platonic touch needs met.
Playfulness stoked.
New friends and deepened connections.
Freedom to just be you in your fullness.
Creative inspiration.
Missoula’s Contact Improvisation Community centers consent and attunement. This will be touched on at the opening circle!
Children who are able to largely refrain from chatting and want to participate are welcome!
